Architectural BIM Modeller

for Digital Building Innovation Centre (DBIC)@SP


We are seeking motivated and creative Architectural BIM Modellers to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both BIM and visual presentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural principles and an eagerness to contribute to real-world projects. Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Passionate in BIM, interest in research and exploring new software is a must. In addition, the intern can support the team in various administrative and project-related tasks as needed.


Able to perform support role to BIM modelling and creation of BIM associated processes with knowledge of the BIM/REVIT Modelling, IFC and problem solve issues related to BIM model clash detection and SOPS.


Evaluates standard work issues and problems and comes out with feasible solutions.


•Location: W513, Digital Building Innovation Centre, SP


•Duration: 11.5 months


•Qualifications:

oMinimum Nitec 2

oProficiency in BIM software (Revit).

oSkills and proficiency in Photoshop, Twinmotion (or similar).

oSkills and proficiency in other 3D software, e.g. Sketchup and/or others

oWorking knowledge in MS Office.

oBasic understanding of architectural concepts and design.

oGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.


•Responsibilities:

oAssist with BIM model development, coordination, maintenance, and updates

oCreate and edit architectural visualisations, renderings, and presentation materials

oSupport design teams with various tasks related to both BIM and visual content

oWilling to learn new software and skills
