The Live Platform Intelligenceteam's mission is to use model-driven and data-driven ways topromote core indicators on LIVE revenue and creator engagement,which includes: Build models for automated and intelligentoperations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of TT Livesupply end, as well as discover and handle inappropriate userbehavior and business anomaly, to assure the steady and persistentrunning of TT Live business. Spearheading analytical excellencewith a penchant for creative problem-solving, our team functions atthe intersection of data science and live content, ensuring anengaging and personalized experience for our global community ofcreators andviewers.

Responsibilities

1.Participate in the optimization of ByteDance LIVE business andserve the LIVE experience of billions of globalusers.

2. Adopt cutting-edge machine learningmodels to improve business metrics (LIVE revenue and LIVE contentquality), and bring creators/operators the ultimate experience inLIVE business.

3. Deeply participate inproduct/business discussions, analyze and understand user behaviourpatterns, and provide optimization directions forimprovement.

Qualifications

MinimumQualifications

- Master's degree or above inComputer Science, or equivalent practicalexperience

- Familiar with commonly used machinelearning and deep learning algorithms, including but not limited toDNN, NLP, CV, etc.

- Familiar with at least oneof Flink, Spark, Hive etc., with big data parallel processingexperience

- Excellent problem-solving andcritical thinking skills, and solid maths foundation, includingprobability statistics, numerical optimization,etc.

- Experience in large-scalerecommend/advertising systems, risk control systems or LLM ispreferred
