Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project architect in cost & contract management of projects.
  • Working with the architect to prepare cost estimates & cost plans.
  • Management of the tender process for main contractors, interior fit out contractors and other specialist contractors.
  • Preparation of tender & contract documentation.
  • Preparation of tender specifications.
  • Evaluation of tenders received, analysis & reporting.
  • Value management & cost management for tenders received.
  • Checking the measurement and taking-off of quantities and quantification of works done.
  • Valuation of progress payment claim, variation and final account.

Requirements:

  • Recognised Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Proficient in QS software and application.
  • Reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Central, Singapore (Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6pm)
