Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope

  • Safely and efficiently operate large mobile cranes on construction sites
  • Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on assigned equipment
  • Communicate effectively with the site team to coordinate crane movements and lifts
  • Comply with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to less experienced operators
  • Participate in regular toolbox talks and safety meetings

Requirements

  • Valid Mobile Crane Operator license with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience
  • Thorough understanding of crane operation, load calculations, and rigging procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
