Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of workers to perform Harbour Support and Services (HSS) tasksMooring of ships
  Handling of berthing ropes for ship during coming alongside in harbour or leaving harbour
  Replenishment of ship supplies
  Handling of fuel/water hoses during replenishment.
  Provide power supply for ships.
  Handling ship power cables
  
• To carry out Risk Assessment for each task
• Ensure all HSS tasks are carried out safely.
• To carried out HSS services as per schedule by the client.
• To function as main point of contact for the client.
• To train other workers on HSS tasks.
• To escort workers in compliance with security needs.

Requirements:

• O Level / NTC in any engineering fields
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in marine or maritime industry
• Candidate with no experience may apply
• Must be able to carry heavy loads and pulling of ropes.
• Able to lead a team of workers.
• Possess Driving License Class 3.
• Able to work in physically demanding conditions e.g heat, dust

• Location: Changi
• Transport provided at or nearby: Jalan Bahar, Pioneer MRT, Boon Lay MRT, Lakeside MRT, Jurong West & East, Jalan Bukit Merah, Choa Chu Kang MRT, Bukit Panjang Plaza, Woodlands, Sembawang MRT, Yishun MRT, Bishan MRT, Ang Mo Kio MRT, Hougang Ave 8, Sengkang Square, Punggol Central, Pasir Ris MRT, Tampines MRT, Tanah Merah MRT
• 5 days work week
• Working Hours: 7.45am-5pm
