Your Role [One of the following roles will apply, depending on the recommended job level for Project Manager.]


Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager, you are fully responsible for guiding the delivery of complex or high-risk engagements. A successful people manager, even in difficult circumstances, is the key person in the business and/or solution development of complex engagements for customers or prospects.


Manager

As a Manager, you are expected to lead the end-to-end customer and internal engagements within your area of expertise and as such are recognised and appreciated by both customers and internal teams for your contributions.


Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you are working & delivering autonomously, coaching colleagues while working on customer and internal engagements.


Your Responsibilities

  • Involves in engagements with a variety of customers and industries for SAP implementations.
  • Involves in delivering projects, meeting both internal financial and operational targets as well as contractual requirements.
  • Delivers projects on time, with quality and within budget – actively managing scope and requirements.
  • Conducts cost-benefit analysis and develop a business plan.
  • Evaluates and address external and internal business environment changes for impact on project scope.
  • Assess consolidated project plans for dependencies, gaps and continued business value.
  • Estimates budgetary needs based on project scope and anticipates future budget challenges.
  • Plans and manages project compliance requirements, changes, issues and risks, closures and backlog.
  • Conducts project reviews to recommend changes to project schedules, cost or resource requirements.
  • Facilitates discussions, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Manages project budget, work allocations, manpower and resourcing needs for the team.


About you

Your Knowledge, Skills and Qualification

  • Preferably a tertiary qualification in any discipline. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Accountancy, Business admin will be advantageous.
  • Ideally, you possess complementary technical knowledge and/or are familiar with SAP and other IT technologies such as: web services and web frontends (JavaScript,.Net), interfaces and integrations, and database technologies (Oracle, MS SQL). Additional infrastructure experience (OS, virtualization and load balancing) is a further advantage.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills.
  • Project management skills

Your Experience

  • Experience in government projects is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in SAP S/4 HANA is highly advantageous.
  • Past experience in all facets of project management activities such as scope management (incl. change requests), risk management, stakeholder management, project communications, etc.
  • Strong integration working experience with other SAP modules.
  • Experience in different industries in Singapore.
  • Experience in at least 2 Cycles of end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong Business knowledge and ability to interact with business users.
  • Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Related professional/technical qualifications will be a plus although not mandatory.
