Roles & Responsibilities

Roles:

- To lead an architectural technical team and assist the Principle Architect in the assessment and execution of industrial and workers' dormitory projects.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposals;
• Assessment of techincal requirements for industrial projects;
• Competent in workers dormitory assessment and design;
• Have an intimate knowledge of Authority code and requirements, particularly SCDF;
• Able to be conversant with projects concerning Dangerous Goods and QRA;
• Able to liaise, coordinate and lead consultants and contractors;
• Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues;

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a local or foreign university in the list of recognized universities by Board of Architects Singapore;

• Valid Practicing Certificate from BOA.
• Possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience;
• Competent in Revit, CAD, Sketch Up and Photoshop.
