Roles & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source spare parts for vehicles and construction machinery/equipment.
  • Request and compare quotations from suppliers/vendors to ensure the best value.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders based on approved requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions and order confirmations.
  • Track and manage delivery timelines to ensure parts arrive as scheduled.
  • Accurately input and maintain data related to purchasing activities in company systems.
  • Manage and update vendor databases and contact lists.
  • Assist and support purchasing-related administrative matters.


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Able to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking colleagues/workers.
  • Able to work well in a team setting.
  • Energetic and willing to learn.


OTHERS

  • 5-day workweek
  • Office at Kian Teck Road (off Upper Jurong Road)
