Roles & Responsibilities

· Prepare and cook food

· Evaluate food products to ensure that quality standards are consistently attained

· Ensure good kitchen hygiene and housekeeping duties

· Maintain regular cleaning for all kitchen areas and equipment

· Supervise kitchen staff

· Assist Executive Chef to coordinate all related culinary activities, e.g. estimate food consumption and requisition of food supplies

· Assume responsibilities of the Executive Chef in his absence

· Undertake other assignments and/or ad hoc duties as and when required
