We are looking for a Data Analyst to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and address data-driven business challenges.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to identify, collect and analyze data; to solve data related business challenges
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends and uncover insights for potential business improvement and business opportunities
  • Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to effectively communicate findings
  • Evaluate and improve data quality, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of datasets
  • Present insights and recommendations to management in clear, concise, and impactful formats

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis or a related field
  • Familiarity with F&B or retail industry analytics is an advantage
  • Strong data visualization skills using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus
  • Strong analytical, curious, business-oriented, and written/oral communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders and interpret complex datasets
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work
  • Employment type: 3-month contract
