ONE Intervention empowers children with diverse needs to excel. Our award-winning centre caters to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Dyslexia, Down Syndrome, Speech & Language delays, and more. We take pride in our innovative programs and collaborations with external stakeholders, hosting engaging events that enrich the lives of our students and their families.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify each child’s communication needs and areas for growth.
  2. Develop and implement individualised intervention plans tailored to each child’s unique language, speech, and communication goals.
  3. Facilitate therapeutic activities that promote expressive and receptive language skills, articulation, and social communication in both individual and group settings.
  4. Lead group therapy sessions focused on enhancing speech clarity, vocabulary, comprehension, and social interaction strategies.
  5. Collaborate with families to provide strategies and exercises that can be integrated into daily routines to support the child’s communication development.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes and outcomes, and communicate findings to the multidisciplinary team.
  7. Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize the therapeutic program and overall care provided.
  8. Stay updated on best practices and current research in speech-language therapy, especially for children with special needs.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. A degree in Speech-Language Pathology and relevant certification/licensure to practice.
  2. Proven experience working with children, particularly those with speech and language needs.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage children and families.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to varying therapeutic settings.
  5. A passion for promoting effective communication, language development, and positive social outcomes for children and their families.
