Title: Shift Technician /Facilities Technician

  • Basic Salary 2,400 to 2,800 max.
  • OT + Performance Bonus + allowances
  • 12 hours rotating shift (2 Day shifts, 2 Night Shifts, 2 Off days.)

Job descriptions

  • Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks in either Electrical ,acmv, Mechanical and/or Building.
  • Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon or Building.
  • Carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Attend to defects and customers complains promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.
  • Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation.
  • Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor.
  • Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
  • Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.

Requirements

  • Experience in Facilities Maintenance or BMS field.
  • At least NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Management or relevant field.
  • Comfortable with 12 hours rotating shift.
