Household Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities

Salary: $3,000 - $3,300
Work Location: Novena
Work Hours: 5 days across Monday to Sunday, Up to 44 hours per week (e.g., 12 PM – 9 PM)
Contract Duration: Till August 2025, renewable

Are you passionate about creating meaningful change? As a Surveyor, you’ll be at the heart of collecting data that influences policies and community programs across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and field visits to households, gathering data with professionalism and accuracy.
• Build connections with respondents, assist with survey completion, and explain objectives clearly.
• Organize appointments, verify data, and resolve inconsistencies to ensure data reliability.
• Respond to queries in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
• Meet performance goals and maintain high standards throughout the project.

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Singaporeans only with at least A Levels or a Diploma.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse audience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage survey data efficiently.
• A positive attitude and drive to meet KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
