- Develops a strategic sales plan with the intention of reaching or exceeding individual sales targets and assisting in the overall organic business expansion.
- Plan and achieve revenue retention, drive revenue growth, and acquire new business within the individual's customer portfolio.
- Determines clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; adapts pre-made materials to make engaging presentations to influential people; uses relevant questions to get information, gauge interest from customers, and identify areas that require more information.
- Utilizes the effective implementation of the CRM system for creating reports on time and carry out sales activity plans. To improve team performance, offer opportunities for growth, coaching, and training.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales in Defence and Public Sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM system implementation.
