Our client is a local setup in providing certification, inspection, and test services for companies across sectors. With an extensive network across ASEAN, this company now has exciting opportunities for a Carbon & Energy Auditor to join their team.


What you will be here for

  • Conduct energy audits and carbon emission verification in accordance with the requirements of the project, certification body & accreditation body.
  • Assigned to conduct verifications or audits for areas such as Carbon Offsetting schemes, greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions, Carbon tax verification etc. depending on suitability
  • Ensure timely completion of audit or verification and submission of reports.
  • Support the development of new products & services in the area of Environment and Sustainability
  • Be involved in periodical technical exchange to improve audit and verification process
  • Provide technical oversight for verification activities, including data quality assessments, risk analysis and compliance reviews

What you will need

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree/diploma in Chemical/Electrical/Environmental/Sustainability Engineering
  • 6 years of relevant experience
  • Successfully led end to end of at least 1 GHG (greenhouse gases) verification projects (Scope 1 GHG Emission)
  • Experience in liaising with NEA for the submission of relevant documents and the reporting facility
  • Auditing experience in Quality, Environmental and Energy Management Systems
  • Candidates with qualification in Singapore Certified Energy Manager or UN Clean Development Mechanism will be an added advantage
  • ISO 14064 Greenhouse Gas certified will be highly desirable
  • Able to work in a new setup environment and willing to walk the ground and hands on for the start (Report directly to the Owner of the business)
