Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and development teams to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs (for websites, mobile apps, and posters), and present to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify user motivation and pain point gaps, and propose research initiatives such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
  • Translate research findings into design solutions and recommendations.
  • Ensure designs are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with design systems and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Participate in front-end development (training provided).

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in UI/UX, Computer Design, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Software Developer.
  • A portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking, research, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
  • Experience in gathering requirements through workshops, interviews, and research.
  • Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas through storytelling, storyboards, and other visual formats.
  • Attention to detail and consistency with design systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience in project management and front-end development is a plus.
