Roles & Responsibilities

Bayes is representing a European Facade-Major on key hires as they scale-up their business across South-East Asia. We are presently seeking a BIM Designer as part of their hiring plans.

  • Develop and maintain a tailored BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for each project, clearly defining objectives, deliverables, roles, and workflows.
  • Implement and enforce BIM standards to maintain high-quality model creation, data management, and coordination.
  • Utilize BIM tools to ensure effective collaboration across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, conducting thorough clash detection and resolution.
  • Ensure all design deliverables comply with project contract requirements.
  • Plan, monitor, and report on design progress to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Coordinate and communicate with both local and international design teams.
  • Oversee the creation, upkeep, and quality assurance of BIM models, ensuring precision and consistency throughout all project stages, from design to as-built.
  • Establish and implement QA/QC processes to ensure all BIM deliverables align with the BEP and meet project-specific standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in BIM Designing for Facade/Construction-Materials/Building-Systems industry
  • Local construction knowledge and authority-submission standards/requirements
  • Ability to use BIM proficiently and independently
