Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Workday functional security architecture, implement security services provided to the business, and govern the systems security group, roles, and permissions.
  • Create and maintains the system’s security design for configurations, workflows,reports, integrations, and tenants, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday cloud application with external applications across HR, Finance, and other areas where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Analyse, design, build, test and deploy Workday integration including Studio, EIB, and supplement with any 3rd party coding.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for system’s functional security design to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered.
  • Support upgrades, changes and modifications, including evaluation of Workday releases.
  • Develop BIRT reports using Eclipse IDE.
  • Experience to write Unix scripts, knowledge on Connect Direct and SFTP protocol are added advantage
  • Actively participate and perform relevant activities in the Release Management process.
  • Understand and follow defined technical standards, security and data privacy standards, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Hands-on Workday Integration experience, including:
    • EIB
    • Core Connectors
    • PECI / PICOF payroll integration
    • XMLs / XSLTs and Document Transformations.
    • Workday Studio
    • Custom Reports
    • Integration Security
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Workday Integration.
  • Experience in security designing for configuration, workflows, reports, integration and tenants.
  • Capable of understanding business requirements from non-IT stakeholders, and translating requirements to solution capabilities
