Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 17:30 PM
Location: Senoko Crescent

Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and reliable Warehouse cum Admin Assistant to join our team. This dual role involves supporting warehouse operations while also managing various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to efficiently balance both warehouse and office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktaking.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and filing.
  • Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and internal requests for warehouse items.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse activities, such as goods receipts and dispatch logs.
  • Handle administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling, and supporting other departments as required.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks to support the efficient running of the warehouse and office.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
