Roles & Responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing the contracts, document control and other administrative aspects of the complete life cycle of the project.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate document flow over client, subcontractors and internal documentation like project plans, manuals, blueprints, progress reports, vendor contracts, technical submissions, or equivalent and drawings etc.
  • Maintain an organized filing system (PEP) to meet our ISO requirements.
  • Processing goods received and updating the system.
  • Support team in compilation of invoices, tracking inventory/equipment listing
  • Other administration support to home office and site team for infrastructure set up, manpower allocation, time attendance & leave management, etc.
  • Ordering of grocery & stationary from home office
  • Schedule for water dispenser, copier & plotter maintenance
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager

Requirements:-

  • Minimum Diploma & Above.
  • Able to work independently with at least 2 year of Project Administration experience.
  • Competent in MS Office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English
