Demand & Supply Specialist Job Summary:
  • Oversee monthly operations and mid-to-long-term sales forecasting for the Indonesian market.
  • Collaborate with pricing colleagues, cross-functional teams, and distributors to optimize sales through appropriate production planning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and negotiate monthly Demand & Supply plans with distributors.
  • Communicate Demand & Supply strategies to cross-functional teams to secure future production allocations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Indonesian market, including promotion activities and competitor landscape, to inform internal stakeholders.
  • Visualize and summarize distributor requests for fleet and ad-hoc orders to ensure production supply.
  • Regularly visit distributors and dealers to gather frontline feedback and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor daily and monthly sales achievements, and coordinate with distributors and functional teams to address any gaps.
Job Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of demand and supply concepts or relevant experience in the Automotive/Logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) for analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with good time management skills to meet deadlines and schedules.
  • Self-motivated and takes strong ownership of tasks.
  • Willingness to travel overseas and work overtime when required.
