Position: Cargo Handler & Delivery Assistant

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Cargo Handler & Delivery Assistant to support our courier service operations. The role involves assisting drivers with deliveries, handling cargo, and using a personal motorcycle to attend to Changi Airport lost and found matters as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist drivers in loading and unloading cargo from delivery vehicles.

- Ensure packages are handled with care and delivered to the correct recipients.

- Use a personal motorcycle to attend to urgent lost and found matters at Changi Airport.

- Maintain accurate records of delivered items and assist in completing necessary paperwork.

- Follow safety and security protocols for handling cargo.

- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or airport staff.

- Report any delivery issues, delays, or lost items to the supervisor promptly.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cargo handling area.

Requirements:

- Valid Class 2B motorcycle license and ownership of a personal bike.

- Physically fit to handle cargo and assist in loading/unloading.

- Basic knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including responding to airport requests when needed.

- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

- Prior experience in logistics, courier services, or airport operations is an advantage.
