Job Description:

We seek an experienced and highly motivated Supervisor to oversee our transportation operations. The ideal candidate will manage our fleet of vehicles, ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions, and maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the company's fleet.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are in optimal working condition.
• Oversee drivers, assign routes, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain compliance with transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Keep records of vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
• Address and resolve any vehicle or driver-related issues promptly.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating drivers.
• Implement and improve fleet management systems and processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in fleet management, transportation, and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transportation regulations.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in fleet management software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; commercial vehicle license is preferred.
