We are a casual and cosy bar looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team as a Sommelier Trainee. If you have a passion for wines and can help with simple food preparation, we’d love to hear from you

Requirements:

• Passion for wines and food service.
• Comfortable with in front-of-house service.
• Confidence in customer interactions.
• Proficiency in preparing food with a focus on presentation.
• Food Safety Certification by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
• Open to all experience levels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage bar operations.
• Oversee stock management, maintain inventory, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar.
• Engage with customers.

Expectations:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,500/month with meal allowances and bonuses.
• Work schedule: 20 hours (part-time) to 44 hours (full-time) per week.
• Start date: ASAP.
• Location: 1 minute from Maxwell MRT.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
