About TikTokLIVE Foundation Subscription Team:

Our team hasbeen focusing on facilitating the operation between creators andfans, helping it efficiently maintain the subscription communityand providing long-term effective subscription services.

We are looking for passionate and talentedengineers to join us to build up and optimize the real-time,high-performance, large-scale distributed system at TikTok. We willbe deeply involved in the developmental lifecycle of criticalproduct features, and collaborate closely with product managers toprovide the best subscription experience and enhance engagementbetween creators and fans.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan and lead large-scale technical projectsto lay the foundation for the iterative development and scale ofearly products

- Develop robust, efficienttechnology products that serve 1 billion users

- Lead and improve system design andarchitecture to ensure high stability, performance, and reliabilityof the product

- Collaborate with multiplecross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work in rapidproduct development.

- Contribute toengineering strategy, tooling, processes, and culture, improveR&D quality, effeciency andexperience.

Qualifications

MinimumQualification

- Proficient in at least one ofthe following languages: Go, Python, Java, C++.

-Experience building scalable, highlyavailable, distributed and mission-critical systems.

- Deep understanding of computer architecture,data structures and algorithms

- In depthknowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks likeMySQL/Redis/Kafka

Preferred Qualification

- Able to work closely with diversestakeholders and have good communication skills

- Self-driven, positive, cooperative andwilling to keep learning at all times
