Role Description

This is a social media management internship located in Singapore. The candidate will be primarily responsible for assisting the community management team with account management across all our international clients and agency partners for projects.

Qualifications

· Excellent interpersonal skills, including empathy and conflict resolution

· Effective planning, organization, and time management skills and analysis/assessment capabilities

· A strong work ethic that includes a “get the job done” attitude

· Open and willing to learn new things and take on new projects and tasks

· Facilitate and manage projects from inception to completion with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to: Creative, Content Production, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Event Management, Sponsorship Sales

· Knowledge of social media platforms and messaging tools

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

· Experience in the gaming or esports industry is a plus

· Ability to speak Mandarin or Korean is preferred

Responsibilities

· Stay informed of industry trends, emerging platforms, and community management best practices to ensure the community’s continuous improvement and growth

· Providing day-to-day support and coordination of all activities with internal teams

· You will learn the entire project lifecycle - from project initiation and planning to delivery of the project on time, within budget

· Organize - in terms of set up and scheduling - internal meetings and manage internal meeting notes and team next steps

· Work with the agency partners to ensure timely delivery and due diligence

· Develop relationships with teams internally, clients & partner agencies

· Assist with management, quality assurance and delivery of all final campaign assets

· Track deliverables against scope of work or estimate
