Key Responsibilities:
- Raising Internal Worker Orders: Process and manage internal worker orders, ensuring they are accurately entered, tracked, and completed in a timely manner.
- Admin Support: Organize and maintain both physical and digital documentation, ensuring that all files, records, and forms are sorted, easily accessible, and up-to-date.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Input and update relevant data into internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases, ensuring all records are accurate and current.
- Operations Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations, addressing any logistical or administrative issues that arise.
- General Administrative Support: Ensure all office administrative tasks are efficiently handled.
- Process Improvement: Offer suggestions for improving internal administrative workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Knowledge of document management tools is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in operations or administrative support is a plus, but not required.
