We are looking for individual who havea strong passion for delivering exceptional service to residents ofthe University's student and faculty housing, and athletes andusers of sports & recreation facilities oncampus.

The role provides the successfulcandidate with the opportunity to develop, contribute and growoneself holistically across areas of excellence in customerrelationship management and/or facilities & Contractsmanagement within the department.

If you havemore than 2 years of relevant working experience in residentialmanagement/services, customer service/relationship managements, orfacilities/property management, you may the one whom we are lookingfor. Having an experience in student hostels, staff housing orhospitality services would be advantageous for thisrole.

The incumbent is requiredto:
  • Coordinate, schedule and conductdaily inspection of OCH managed spaces / rooms to ensure a safe,secure, and conducive living environment. This includes monitoringfacilities turnover and addressing issuesidentified.
  • Manage and resolve residents'requests/ feedback /complaints received via prevailing avenues;ServiceNow, over the counter, emails, phone calls etc. Thisincludes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders forresolution in our provision of quality customer service toresidents in accordance with OCH's SLA.
  • Preparework requisitions and purchase orders for maintenance andimprovement works and ensure that works are completedwell.
  • Plan and prepare advisories for residentson scheduled maintenance and unscheduled works. Serves as the mainpoint of contact for repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and overseeand manage renovations and projects within OCHfacilities.
  • Adhere to the preventivemaintenance schedules and ensure that corrective actions are takenpromptly.
  • Oversee service delivery and ensurecompliance with contractual obligations byvendors.
  • Formulate specifications andrequirements for procuring necessary goods and services for thehousing operations, which includes assessing quotations/tenders andmaking recommendations for businessawards.
  • Oversee and manage the key systemincluding performing monthly key audits to ensure accurate recordof keys assigned to residents.
  • Maintain andcontribute to the establishment of a repository of best-practicetemplates for effective communication with residents so as toenhance the effectiveness and efficiency of such communications byOCH staff.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits andmanage the disposal of inventory and assets asneeded.
  • Update and maintain detailed records tofulfill administrative and operationalrequirements.
