Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex ETL solutions. Play a pivotal role in solution presales to secure the interest of the key stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client interactions at all levels, including senior executives. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Take ownership of ETL code delivery and ensure it meets high-quality standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and present completed work to clients and onsite teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the development and implementation phases.
  • Analyze and evaluate change requests (CR) and their impact on the project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT with a focus on data integration, ETL, and database management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in presales with demonstrated presales wins.
  • Proven expertise in handling large-scale, mission-critical projects from presales, tender preparation, demo, solution design, deployment to post implementation support.
  • Strong experience in managing teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern data architectures (AWS, Big Data, etc.).

  • Integrate disparate data sources into a unified enterprise data warehouse to provide real-time customer insights
