Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of RPA tools and methodologies, as well as experience in developing and delivering effective training programs. As an RPA Trainer, you will play a crucial role in equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to leverage RPA in their respective roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions on RPA concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and proficiency in RPA. Provide constructive feedback and support for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices. Incorporate new developments into training programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all training activities comply with WSQ guidelines and standards, including proper documentation and reporting.
  • Curriculum Development: Help to design, develop, and update training materials and programs that align with industry standards and WSQ requirements, as an SME when required. Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) are preferred. ACTA/ACLP certificate is a must
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development and implementation. Previous experience in training or instructional roles is highly desirable.
  • Skills:In-depth knowledge of RPA tools and technologies.
    Strong presentation and communication skills.
    Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
    Experience in designing and developing training materials.
    Proficiency in assessing and evaluating training outcomes.
  • Attributes: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
    Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
    Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

Payment:

This is a freelance role and hence payment is based on a daily rate.
