Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Engagement: Conduct engaging and safe swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children, ensuring a fun and educational experience.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage all administrative aspects of the centre, including student registrations, bookings, and record maintenance.
  • Certification Management: Oversee the certification processes for students, ensuring all requirements are met and documented accurately.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer inquiries and concerns with a professional and friendly attitude, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Facility Management: Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the pool area and centre, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Operations and Coordination: Coordinate student schedules, manage bookings, and ensure smooth operations of all daily activities at the centre.

Candidate Profile:

  • Responsible and Fun-Loving: Bring a positive, energetic presence to the team, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and adapt to varying schedules.
  • Child Management: Confident and capable of managing and engaging with young children effectively.
  • Multi-tasking Ability: Efficient in handling multiple tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive Attitude: Approach challenges with a can-do attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • No Prior Experience Required: While experience is not necessary, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are crucial. The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive 6-month international qualification training program.
