We are seeking up to two Singapore-qualified Associates of 2 to 6 years’ PQE to join our Funds Team in the Singapore Financial Markets Group. Ideally, applicants should have prior experience working in the investment funds and regulatory space in leading international or local firms.


Reports to: Partners - Funds


About the job:

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of fund-related matters, including fund formation, structuring, and regulatory compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a strong interest in the funds industry to advance their career in a supportive and dynamicenvironment.


Person specification:

  • Singapore qualified lawyer, with 2 to 6 years’ PQE
  • Excellent academic results
  • Excellent technical skills including drafting and transaction management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team
