Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (Renal) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients with kidney-related conditions, including those undergoing dialysis treatment. This role requires a high level of professionalism, clinical expertise, and a patient-centered approach to ensure optimal care and support for individuals managing renal conditions.


Key Responsibilities:

· Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases.

· Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.

· Educate patients and their families on kidney disease management, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

· Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient progress.

· Operate and maintain dialysis equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and infection control protocols.

· Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition during treatment, responding promptly to any complications.

· Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families, fostering a compassionate and supportive environment.

· Participate in continuous professional development, staying updated on best practices and advancements in renal care.


Qualifications & Requirements:

· Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid practicing license.

· Post-basic certification in Nephrology Nursing (preferred).

· Prior experience in renal care, dialysis, or critical care nursing is an advantage.

· Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and respond effectively to patient needs.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Commitment to upholding patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality.
