  • Working Hours:Mondays to Fridays: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities
  1. ICT Training Design and Delivery
  • Develop and deliver ICT training programs for staff and students.
  • Plan age-appropriate ICT lessons to equip students with relevant computing skills.
  • Collaborate with the teacher-in-charge to prepare comprehensive lesson plans.
  1. Student Engagement
  • Foster a passion for ICT-related activities among students.
  • Train students for project work using ICT tools and applications.
  1. Technical Support
  • Assist teachers and students with ICT hardware and software.
  • Provide training for the School Learning Space portal.
  1. Media and Event Support
  • Assist with multimedia projects, including photography and videography for school events.
  1. Inventory and Equipment Maintenance
  • Maintain ICT equipment inventory and perform stock-taking.
  • Explore and recommend new technologies to improve ICT programs.
  1. Administrative Duties
  2. Support other ICT-related duties as assigned by HOD ICT and ICT Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education:
  • Diploma in any discipline (preferably with a background in ICT).
  • Experience:
  • At least 2 years of ICT training experience.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Photography and videography.
  • Audio and video editing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe software, and other multimedia tools.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a high level of initiative.
  • Other Requirements
  • Personnel must be registered with the Ministry of Education throughout the contract period.
