Responsibilities:
  1. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of R&D semiconductor equipment to ensure stable operation.
  2. Support equipment setup, calibration, and qualification according to R&D and process requirements.
  3. Assist engineers in diagnosing equipment issues and implementing solutions to improve performance.
  4. Monitor and analyze equipment data to identify abnormalities and optimize efficiency.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures in all equipment-related tasks.
  7. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment parts and technical support.
  8. Participate in continuous improvement projects and provide feedback for equipment upgrades.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, preferably in an R&D environment.
  3. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing semiconductor processing or testing equipment.
  4. Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  7. Willing to work on a fixed 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift, with flexibility for weekend or holiday support if needed.
