Quantity Surveyor

Salary: $3000 - $3500 + phone allowance $35

Working Days: 5 Days, 9am – 6pm

Working Location: Bendemeer


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the designer in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
  • Analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs and then negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
  • Maintain proper documentation for all tenders
  • Sourcing of quotations and evaluate quotations received from suppliers and sub-contractors.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or its equivalent.
