Adecco is partnering with an established Semiconductor & Electronics company. They are looking for a Senior System Analyst (SAP B1) with practical expertise and consulting experience in SAP B1 HANA implementation and functional support to join their regional IT team.


The Job:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end SAP Business One (SAP B1) implementation process, including planning, configuration, integration with third-party systems, and post-implementation support.
  • Configure and optimize SAP B1 modules to meet organizational needs, support data integration via APIs, and ensure seamless reporting through tools like Crystal Reports and SQL.
  • Provide user training, technical support, and troubleshoot ERP-related issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align the system with business goals.
  • Oversee vendor management, change management, and master data administration while driving continuous improvements and process optimizations.
  • Ensure IT governance by preparing policies and documentation to support audits and maintain operational compliance.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with excellent English communication and proposal writing skills, is mandatory.
  • Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support, with expertise in SAP B1, system troubleshooting, and integration methodologies.
  • Proficiency in server setups, database management, Crystal Reports, SQL Query Generator, and SAP B1 HANA DB is required, alongside familiarity with server environments (Windows, Linux) and network infrastructure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, project management experience, and the ability to align ERP functions with business needs are essential.
