Experience with Authority submission requirements;

Enforces the Company's Management System pertaining to work processes on site;

Manage of labour, plant and material;

Ensures all works on site are done according to specifications, safely, on schedule and within budget;

Controls and co-ordinates sub-contractors to promote safework practices, safety habits and activities;

Liaises with client's representatives and consultants on site works;

Able to lead the lead under Architectural work scope;

Recognize related degree certificate with minimum 6 years of related experience.
