Roles & Responsibilities

- Permanent

- $2,000 to $2,300

- Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm & Alternate Sats from 8.30am to 12:30pm (during probation) & once a month (upon confirmation)

- Queenstown


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general office administration & any other duties as assigned by the manager or director
  • Calendar management for manager / director
  • Prepare sales presentation deck or training slides
  • Handling of customers' calls & enquiries
  • Assist manager in client's policy or underwriting enquiries
  • Schedule Interview calls (as & when needed)

Period:

  • Permanent


Working Hours:

  • Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm & Alternate Sats: 8.30am to 12:30pm (during probation) & once a month (upon confirmation)


Salary:

  • $2,000 to $2,300


Location:

  • Queenstown


Job Requirement:

  • Minimum ITE, "O" levels or Diploma
  • Min 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
