Video Producer | via Career Conversion Programme

Introduction
- Our Video Producer at Learns will primarily be working within our video team. You will be involved in conceptualising ideas for our and our clients' projects, coordinating with selected clients, involving in shoots, to liasing with our team of editors to deliver the final product.
- Only our production work is done on-site. All pre-production and post-production work will be done from home... no office work. Hurray
- Note that this position would be supported under the government's Career Conversion Programme (CCP), so hard skills for this position aren't that critical. What's important is your ability to fulfill the job roles and responsibilities.
- Manage and organise clients and company projects with the Director, our Production and Post Production teams.
- Manage and oversee video pre-production planning, which includes booking of shoot dates, venues, logistics and props.
- Generate creative video ideas and storyboards with clients.
- Manage casting calls and liaise with talents.
- Communicate and manage clients' expectations during production shoots.
- Operate cameras, gimbals and other shooting equipment with guidance from production team.
- Set up sound equipment with guidance from production team.
- Set up and position lighting equipment with guidance from production team.
- Oversee video collection to ensure all media is sent to and archived appropriately and can be readily obtained.
- Manage post-production line with Editors to deliver high quality product on time.
- Vet edited drafts of video projects by giving inputs to post-production team.
- Execute pre to post-production line activities in accordance to company SOP.
- Ensure all projects running concurrently are on schedule.
- Identify best practices for video and evolve daily operations as necessary.
- Most importantly, you should possess organisational, planning and communication skills.
- You must also be willing to communicate with clients.
- Because we are not operating solo, you must be able to work in a team.
- You should be inclined to creative and collaborative mindset to work in different projects.
- You have to be able to manage numerous projects simultaneously while adhering to schedule.
- This is a plus - have basic knowledge in camera operations and theory, but it's ok if you don't, because we can train you.
- Lastly, it'll be helpful if you have knowledge in using task management, office productivity and communication apps like Trello, Calendar, Google Drive, etc.
- Well, we don't really mind if you're graduating from a uni, a poly or an ITE. In fact, we don't really look at your grades. Learns Marketing is hoping to get you in with the attitude in wanting to work hard, learn continuously and grow together.
- Even if you don't possess every one of the qualities above, but want to learn, feel free to apply. But our advice is... do know what you're signing up for. If you are purely looking to make a lot of money, or have a regimental work life, there are numerous other ways to do so than to join our small and hardworking team... or even work in the creative industry for that matter.

Since this is a CCP role, you need to fulfill all of the following:
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Minimum 21 years old
- Graduated or completed National Service, for at least 2 years
- Career conversion is required, meaning that you cannot be holding a job that's similar to this role prior to application.
- Learns Marketing (operated under LearnSuperMart Pte Ltd) is a video production company that specialises in combining videos with digital marketing into our clients' projects.
- Since 2016, we have produced over 1,700 videos for our small business and solopreneur clients in industries such as property, financial advisory, car dealership, tuition, training, and many more. Our clients includes SBS Transit, RSAF, WSG, Sembcorp Marine, NUS Business School, Propnex, Finexis and more
- Our work include mainly marketing type of videos for our clients, but we do produce short films, cinematic ads, and also a lot of videos for YouTube, Instagram and even TikTok for our own and client channels too.
- As Learns Marketing is a small company, so we don't like all the red tapes and rigid work practices assorted with big MNCs as much as you. And so we treat every one of our team members... as team members We don't strictly have a hierarchy system where you must report to a "boss". We work together... we learn together... and we will grow together.
