Responsibilities:

-Integrate market analysis and industry trends to conduct in-depthresearch and explore opportunities. Effectively identify businessopportunities and challenges through data analysis, industryresearch, etc., and formulate strategic plans to drive themid-to-long-term development of the business.

-Establish key business data indicators, dashboards, and trackinganalysis mechanisms, responsible for policy and budget management.Develop overall business cost budgets and profit indicators,collaborate with business teams to improve the overall operationalprofitability of the business through policy management,establishing effective cost budget mechanisms, commissionstrategies, etc.

- Lead the construction oftalent capability models, and collaborate with business teams toenhance the overall operational capabilities of talents.

- Effectively coordinate cross-departmentalteams such as product, algorithm, and governance, promote theoverall business ecosystem's sales, traffic efficiency, and contentqualityimprovements.

Qualifications

MinimumQualifications

- Minimum Bachelor's degree orabove

- 5 years of experience in e-commerce ortechnology company operations

- Background inbusiness analysis and strategy, with strong data skills. Able toindependently manage business metrics and translate them intoaction.

- Possesses clear strategic thinkingand logical reasoning abilities, capable of effective planning,analysis, and problem-solving.

- Strongcommunication and cross-department collaboration skills, adaptable,quick learner, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced workenvironment.

- Proficiencies in English

Preferred Qualifications

-Overseas experience is a plus.

- Has a globalperspective, is structured and organized, with experience inend-to-end project management across different scales (includingplanning, identifying opportunities and issues, risk management,and process optimization).
