Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality interfaces, prototypes, and animations for web applications, ensuring an engaging and navigable user experience
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance user experience, bringing creative and insightful inputs
  • Develop and manage branding assets consistent with our brand identity across various platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to translate designs into functional digital experiences
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback to align final products with desired objectives
  • Create user-centered designs, wireframes, and prototypes based on user research and business requirements
  • Work with development teams for the effective implementation of design concepts
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine user experience continually
  • Design and maintain a consistent visual identity across software applications and platforms
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies
  • Assist in creating and maintaining design libraries, style guides, and design systems

Qualifications:

  • Studies HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field
  • Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and composition
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of AI tools for ideation and familiarity with frontend frameworks for animations and graphics is advantageous
  • Experience in product design/animation in software development is advantageous
