Job Description

  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for testing software applications;
  • Coordinate and lead a team of testers to ensure quality and timely delivery of testing projects;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and priorities;
  • Manage and prioritize testing activities to meet project deadlines;
  • Monitor and track testing progress, identify and resolve issues, and report on testing status;
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
  • Conduct End to end testing support activities for the project. This includes requirement understanding, test cases design and execution (perform manual functional testing (SIT);
  • The consultant is also expected to manage / co-ordinate testing related activities during UAT and Regression.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance;
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices;
  • Experience with functional testing, regression testing, and UAT;
  • Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
