Job Scope

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for M&E works
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and evaluation of bids
  • Manage and monitor M&E subcontractor accounts and variations
  • Provide cost control and reporting for M&E elements of construction projects
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project delivery within budget
  • Identify potential cost savings and efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist with the preparation of final accounts and settlement of claims

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Min 2+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on M&E works
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Familiarity with the local construction industry and regulatory environment
