Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee, develop, and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the head quarter's requirements and business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other HR issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and human capital.
  • Develop and maintain overall HR related strategies, systems, procedures, and policies within the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives performance.
  • Conduct performance, wage, and benefits reviews.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs according to ISO requirements.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR matters.
  • Ensure RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) and legal compliance.
  • Manage other HR related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Semiconductor or Manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations, HR best practices, Compensation & Benefits, Training, and related HR function.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive.
  • People oriented, and results driven.
  • Experience in human resources or related fields.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to hands-on, lead and work within team.
  • HR competence to oversee, manage, develop, and build proper HR procedures and policies roll-out within the organisation.
  • Knowledge and experience in handling Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements is an advantage.
