Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Over 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment design
  • Strong knowledge and experience in
  • Design of automation or semiconductor equipment
  • High precision machine design
  • High-speed pick and place mechanisms
  • Familiarity with 3D Computer Aided Design software
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate projects effectively
  • Self-motivated and capable of independent work, with strong communication skills
  • Equipment troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to produce detailed mechanical drawings and apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing knowledge
