Provide Service to Customers

• Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.
• Handle customer feedbacks, in the most appropriate manner, with operational guidelines.
• Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs when they enter the store.
• Answers incoming calls as per operations standard

Perform Sales Transactions:

• Retails sales jewelry.
• Perform sales transactions.
• Handle all payment.
• Proactively utilize strategic selling and customer excellence skills to achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Stock Inventory and Visual Merchandise:

• Housekeeping of the store.
• Maintain outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure stocks are displayed and merchandised in a timely and attractive manner at all times.

Administration:

• Assist in stock documentation.
• Assist with simple procurement for the store stationery, printing papers, ordering receipts for printing, pantry supplies

Requirements:

• Possess friendly, approachable and engaging personality
• Must be willing to work on retail hours, weekend and public holiday
• Min qualification: Singapore O level equivalent
  With relevant experience could be considered for Senior Sales Advisor role
• Must be willing to travel in to Singapore for interview
• Open to candidates from Fast or Sports Fashion

From 1900 to 2300 depends on experience ( jewellery or fashion )

4.5 days per week - ( 1 week 5 days, another week 4 days )

Basic salary (around $2000) + Fixed Grooming Allowance ($150) + Sales incentives ( $400 till $1k or more ) + Completion incentive of $1000 ($300 paid at their 7th month and another $700 paid at their 13th month), subject to meeting criteria. X Performance Bonus between 1.5 to 2.5 months )

Working hours - 10.30 am till 9.30 pm fixed hours except Changi outlet which is not suitable for junior staffs.

At this moment, we can only consider Singaporean/PR/LTVP candidates. We are open to candidates without experience so long they have good learning attitude.
