We’re looking to add a Senior Engineer, Facility Engineering in Singapore. The position will be based in our GES Site in Marsiling.


As a Senior Engineer, Facility Engineering, you will:

Lead in Facilities Management (FM) on soft and hard service for site. Planning and scheduling in carrying out daily facilities support functions for Facilities Management. Possess experience leading a small team of both administrative/technical staff. Lastly, experienced in energy saving and improvement and Project Management (Renovations)


The key responsibilities are as below:

  • Experience in Integrated Facilities Management in both soft and hard services.
  • To take up as site Fire Safety Manager as requirement set by SCDF.
  • Daily building walkabout to pick up and address maintenance and safety gaps.
  • Coordination and effective communication with internal users, service partners as well as vendors for work.
  • Prepare site related SOPs and guides to train technical personnel.
  • Able to prepare Request for Quotes, source quotations and to prepare justification and summary papers for management approval.
  • Raise Purchase Request / executive summary for management approval.
  • Assist in preparing Master Maintenance Schedule, follow up maintenance schedule
  • Ensure work delivery is of highest quality from vendors.
  • Coordinate closely with HQ FM on Facilities Management approaches.
  • Conduct tool box / safety briefing to vendors before commencement of work.
  • Submission of Monthly Management Report (MMR) and ESG monthly reports.
  • Respond to internal customer and external vendors service enquiries and closing.
  • Perform any other duties relating to facilities management as assigned by the Company.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

  • Degree in Engineering / Facilities Management.
  • Manufacturing environment / Managing Agent background preferred.
  • With at least 5 to 8 years relevant experience in Facilities / Building environment.
  • Problem solving with good solution approach to work and staffing matters.
  • Fire Safety Awareness Course
  • WSHO (Advantageous but not a must)
  • Effective communicator, highly resilient and able to work under pressure
  • Hands on in equipment maintenance and trouble-shooting.
