Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

The HR Manager will playing a key role in global expansion efforts, particularly in Europe and America. This role oversees all HR functions in Singapore and relevant international regions. The ideal candidate will manage the full spectrum of HR responsibilities and contribute to strategic initiatives by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices.


Key Responsibilities:

HR System & Process Enhancement:

  • Strengthen company-level management within business units.
  • Enhance HR systems, processes, and operational efficiencies.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Maintain effective communication with headquarters, local management, and employees.
  • Ensure seamless information flow and collaboration across teams.

HR Functions & Operations:

  • Manage recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Oversee payroll processing and compliance.

HR Advisory & Strategy:

  • Provide HR guidance to business units.
  • Work closely with regional and local stakeholders to reinforce company culture and values.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee the entire hiring process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding.

Compensation & Benefits Management:

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and oversee annual performance appraisals.
  • Administer employee insurance and benefits programs.

Resource Planning & Reporting:

  • Analyze staffing needs, track headcount approvals, and manage HR budgets.
  • Prepare HR reports and key workforce analytics for management review.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

  • Conduct exit interviews and manage employee offboarding processes.
  • Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and termination cases as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years and above of HR leadership experience.
  • Strong business understanding and insight, with the ability to plan and respond to HR needs based on external market and internal business perspectives.
  • Experience using InfoTech payroll and or Sea Freight system
  • Analytical mindset and ability to identify and solve problems.
