Role Overview:

We're seeking a Project Executive/Manager who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to our diverse projects. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with clients, vendors, and designers to deliver exceptional events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Attend to new enquiries with outstanding customer service skills, building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless transition from first contact to project delivery.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating events and exhibitions, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work alongside vendors and suppliers to source materials and services that meet project specifications.
  • On-Site Support: Participate in on-site setups and teardowns, ensuring smooth operations during events.
  • Business Development Support: Reach out to prospects at exhibitions and collect their name card for future collaboration.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage project documentation, budgets, and schedules with accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Solid experience in exhibition projects or event management involving carpentry works will be essential to perform well from day 1 in this role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Familiarity with other software is a plus.
  • Attributes: Punctuality, reliability, and a keen eye for detail. Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Commitment: Ability to work varying hours to accommodate event timings and different time zones.
  • Openness to travel: Willingness to travel internationally to manage overseas projects (about 10%).
  • Independent & Self-Motivated: You’ll often work independently in the office, so we’re looking for someone with experience in the corporate or agency world who knows how to stay organized, take initiative, and keep things running smoothly without constant supervision.
